The US Department of State has published the Visa Bulletin for March 2020.
India EB-2 continues to barely move, and Philippines EB-3 retrogresses 1.5 years. Other EB-3 categories now have a cut-off date, which is disappointing since they were current in February. That cut-off date is January 1, 2017, for most countries (not India or China, unfortunately). However, the Date for Filing is January 2019 for EB-3, so there is a slight relief to people with later priority dates.
In the family-based categories - fourth preference dates retrogressed for many countries in February 2020, and stay at the same retrogressed date in March. F-2A stays current. Philippines advances by 4-5 months in all categories, and everyone else advances by 2-6 weeks.
