The March 2020 Visa Bulletin is out.
India EB-2 continues to barely move, and Philippines EB-3 retrogresses 1.5 years. All countries have a cut-off date for EB-3 now, even those that were "current" in February 2020, so that is very disappointing. That cut-off date is Jan 1, 2017 for most countries. However, the Dates for Filing chart does allow cases with a priority date of January 1, 2019 to be filed for most countries (NOT India or China, unfortunately).
In the family-based categories, 4th preference stays at the retrogressed dates that it was in February 2020, Philippines moves forward by 4-5 months and most other categories advance by 2-6 weeks.
